Steak and Cheese Garlic Toast

  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 slices French bread or Texas toast
  • Butter, for spreading
  • ⅓ cup mushrooms, sliced
  • Mayonnaise, for spreading
  • Cracked black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Sauté the Veggies:
    • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and cook for 5 minutes.
    • Add the green bell peppers, garlic, and mushrooms. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  2. Cook the Steak:
